Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
We only offer replacements or refunds for items that are faulty or damaged.
How to request a replacement or refund:
Contact us at hello@alishasteesbeyond.com. If your request is approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you if a refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
